Refund rules

An integral part of the Public offer. Version of 21.10.2026. This is a translation; in case of discrepancies the Ukrainian version prevails.

1. Unspent Bees — 14 days

Within 14 days of purchase you may withdraw from the agreement for Bees you have not spent yet and get your money back. Send a request (form below) to borysenko.alexander@gmail.com or on Discord (alex.borysenko). We deduct the corresponding Bees from your balance and refund the money to the same card used for payment within 14 days of receiving the request. If part of the purchased Bees has already been spent, we refund the unspent part at the price per Bee you actually paid in that purchase.

2. Technical failure — no time limit

If the payment went through but the Bees were not credited, contact us at any time. After checking, we will credit the Bees or, if you prefer, refund the money.

3. Spent Bees are not refunded

Bees spent on in-game features are not refundable — including after a wipe, an account ban for breaking the Server rules, or game balance changes. By accepting the offer you consent to immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost for spent Bees.

4. Payments by a minor without parental permission

If a payment is disputed in personal communication with support and it is established that it was made by a minor without permission using a parent's account, the administration may decide to refund the money and consider banning the account.

To reduce the risk of accidental large purchases, a single payment is limited to 1 280 UAH (40 Bees).

5. Chargeback without contacting support

Disputing a payment with the bank (chargeback) without contacting support first results in a ban of the game account and of donation access. Please write to us first — most issues are resolved quickly.

How to submit a request

1. Copy the form below (or press "Print") and fill in all fields.
2. Send it to borysenko.alexander@gmail.com or on Discord (alex.borysenko) from an account we can reply to.
3. We confirm receipt, check the balance and reply with a decision within 14 days. Money is refunded to the card used for payment.
