Public offer
Agreement for the supply of digital content (the in-game currency "Bees"). Version of 21.10.2026. This is a translation; in case of discrepancies the Ukrainian version prevails.
1. General provisions
1.1. This document is a public offer by Individual Entrepreneur Oleksandr Valeriiovych Borysenko, tax ID (RNOKPP) 3814211677, address: м. Київ, просп. Петра Григоренка (the "Seller"), to conclude an agreement for the supply of digital content on the terms below with any person who accepts it (the "Buyer").
1.2. The agreement is governed by the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce", Ukrainian consumer protection legislation and the Law of Ukraine "On Digital Content and Digital Services".
1.3. The offer is accepted by ticking "I agree to the public offer and the refund rules" (on potuzhnyi-unturned.com) or "I agree to the offer terms" (in the game server menu) and making the payment. The agreement is concluded electronically at the moment of payment.
1.4. The "Server" is the Potuzhnyi game server in Unturned administered by the Seller. The Server is an independent project, not affiliated with the game developer Smartly Dressed Games or with Valve.
2. Subject
2.1. The Seller supplies digital content — the Server's in-game currency "Bees" — by crediting the chosen number of Bees to the in-game balance of the Steam account whose identifier (SteamID64) the Buyer provided.
2.2. Bees can only be used on the Server to access in-game features (statuses, kits, vehicles, premium Battle Pass, etc.). The Seller defines and may change the list and prices of such features.
2.3. Bees and virtual items obtained with them are not money, e-money, securities or the Buyer's property. The Buyer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them on the Server under this offer and the Server rules. Exchanging Bees for money or transferring them to others outside the Server's mechanisms is not provided for.
2.4. Real money buys only Bees. The Server's in-game currency ("in-game money") and in-game items are not sold for real money directly. Bees can be exchanged for in-game money in the Server menu at the rate shown there; there is no reverse exchange. Bees, in-game money and items cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for real money.
3. Price and payment
3.1. Prices are shown in hryvnias (UAH) on the purchase page and in the Server menu before payment. One Bee costs 40 UAH; larger amounts get a discount shown before payment.
3.2. The maximum amount of a single payment is 1 280 UAH (40 Bees). More cannot be bought in one payment; this limit also protects against accidental large purchases, including by minors.
3.3. Payment is made via monobank (JSC "Universal Bank") by bank card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The Buyer pays no payment service fee.
3.4. The Seller does not receive or store the Buyer's card data — it is processed by monobank.
3.5. The Buyer is responsible for entering the correct SteamID64. Bees credited to the identifier provided by the Buyer are deemed duly supplied.
4. Supply of the digital content
4.1. Bees are credited to the in-game balance automatically right after the payment service confirms the payment, usually within a minute. During Server maintenance, crediting happens immediately after it ends.
4.2. The digital content is deemed supplied when the Bees are credited to the in-game balance.
5. Consent to immediate supply and right of withdrawal
5.1. By accepting the offer, the Buyer expressly consents to the immediate supply of the digital content after payment, before the statutory withdrawal period expires.
5.2. The Buyer acknowledges being informed that once Bees are spent (used to obtain in-game features), the right to withdraw from the agreement with respect to the spent Bees is lost, because that part of the digital content has been fully supplied with the Buyer's consent.
5.3. For unspent Bees, the Buyer may withdraw within 14 days of purchase as described in the Refund rules, which form an integral part of this offer.
6. Rights and obligations
6.1. The Seller credits paid Bees, keeps the Server running and handles the Buyer's requests.
6.2. The Buyer follows the Server rules, does not use cheats, exploits or other unfair means, and does not dispute a payment with the bank (chargeback) without contacting support first.
6.3. The Seller may perform maintenance, update the Server, and change game balance and the prices of in-game features.
7. Wipes, bans, balance changes
7.1. The Server is regularly wiped (approximately once per season): the game world (bases, items, progress) is reset. Unspent Bees on the balance are kept during a wipe. The duration of features bought with Bees is defined by their description at the time of purchase.
7.2. Accounts may be banned for breaking the Server rules. Spent Bees are not refunded in that case.
7.3. Changes to game balance, items and mechanics are not grounds for refunding spent Bees.
8. Server closure
8.1. If the Server is to be closed, the Seller notifies players at least 30 days in advance (on the website, in Discord and on the Server) and stops accepting new payments from the day of the notice.
9. Minors
9.1. Persons under 18 may pay only with the consent of their parents (legal guardians). By paying, the Buyer confirms being 18 or older or having such consent.
9.2. Payments made by a minor without parental permission are handled under item 4 of the Refund rules.
10. Liability
10.1. The Server is provided "as is". The Seller is not liable for outages caused by third parties (hosting, Steam, the game developer, the payment service) or for the Buyer's inability to play due to their hardware or internet connection.
10.2. The Seller's liability under the agreement is limited to the amount the Buyer paid for the relevant Bees.
11. Disputes
11.1. Disputes are resolved through negotiation. Requests are handled within 14 days of receipt.
11.2. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved under Ukrainian law. A Buyer who is a consumer keeps all rights granted by consumer protection legislation.
12. Other terms
12.1. The Seller may amend the offer by publishing a new version on this page. The new version applies to purchases made after its publication.
12.2. Personal data is processed under the Privacy policy.
