Privacy policy

Version of 21.10.2026. This is a translation; in case of discrepancies the Ukrainian version prevails.

1. Data controller

The controller of personal data is Individual Entrepreneur Oleksandr Valeriiovych Borysenko, tax ID 3814211677, м. Київ, просп. Петра Григоренка, email borysenko.alexander@gmail.com. Data is processed under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".

2. What we process and why

• SteamID64 and in-game nickname — to credit Bees to the right account, show the nickname for confirmation before payment, keep the in-game balance, statistics and Server moderation.
• Order data — number of Bees, amount, time, status and monobank invoice number — for crediting, accounting, refunds and handling requests.
• Email, Discord name and message content — if you contact us; only to reply and resolve the issue.
• Technical logs — IP address, browser and request time in web server logs, and game Server logs (logins, actions, commands, chat) — for security, abuse prevention and moderation.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by monobank (JSC "Universal Bank") on its own page. We do not see or store the card number, CVV or other payment data — we only receive the payment status and amount.

4. Cookies and third-party services

The site uses one technical session cookie needed to protect the payment form; there are no advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads.

5. Retention

• Order data and the Bee balance log — while the Server operates and as long as needed for accounting and possible disputes.
• Support correspondence — until the issue is resolved and up to 1 year after.
• Web server logs — up to 30 days; game Server logs — up to 90 days unless needed to investigate a violation.

6. Sharing

We do not sell or share data with third parties, except as needed to run the service (website and game Server hosting, monobank for payments) and as required by law.

7. Your rights

You have the right to know what data about you is processed, access it, request correction or deletion, object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or a court. To do so, write to borysenko.alexander@gmail.com or on Discord (alex.borysenko). Data we must keep for payment accounting can only be deleted after the relevant period expires.

A new version of this policy is published on this page and applies from the date of publication.
